Our client, a leading research-based FMCG company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join their dynamic team in Melbourne.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity, ideal for recent graduates in Science or Engineering who are Australian residents or have full work rights.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct visual, chemical, and physical laboratory testing in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Perform routine analysis and testing to verify process conditions and generate data for statistical analysis Analyze data, identify trends, draw insights, and communicate results to key stakeholders Conduct critical process audits using structured audit checklists Participate in process improvement initiatives and perform internal audits on key operational processes Requirements: A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently after training Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel If you're interested in this role or have any questions, feel free to contact George at .
