As the QA & Test Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementation.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scripts Identify, log, and track defects Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables Mentor and guide the testing team Stay up to date with the latest testing methodologies and tools Work closely with the project manager and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure quality standards Required Skills and Experience: Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong experience in software testing methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail, X-ray) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with testing applications built on top of Salesforce, especially on Non-Profit Cloud Proven experience in Data Migration test planning and testing Strong experience in designing and leading User Acceptance Testing with business users Experience in leading and mentoring testing teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience in developing automated test suites for Salesforce solutions is an added advantage We value Diversity, Respect, Belonging, and Learning.
