About the role
This role plays an integral part in ensuring FSA has in place all licensing, certification, systems, process, governance, and management frameworks to achieve its community, business, and strategic objectives.
While prioritising Disability and Employment Services (D&ES) objectives:
Coordinate quality assurance, internal audit and risk management of FSA's service streams under the direction of the Senior Leadership Group (SLG) and/or Executive Leadership Team (ELT); Maintain National Standards for Disability Services (NSDS), National Standards for Mental Health Services (NSMHS), ISO:27001 Right Fit For Risk (Data and Cyber Security), DSS and DEWR Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) / Quality Assurance Principles (QAP), Human Services Quality Framework (HSQF) and Overseas Development Assistance (ODA) Australian Council for International Development (ACFID) Membership, others as applicable; In accordance with the FSA Board Strategic Plan, assist to collectively deliver Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Competency targets for FSA through its 360-Degree Quarterly Appraised, Community Support Framework (CSF).
Essential Criteria – Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Value-Add

(3) years' experience in Quality Management role/s; Ability to meet deadlines and plan workload efficiently to meet company and client expectations with excellent time management skills; Capacity to build, develop and nurture positive service provider partnerships and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders; Demonstrated a high-level, advanced proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project and the assessment of high transaction volumes to assist financial and risk analysis; Direct experience in a disability, employment, community service or equivalent operating environments including successful, cohesive and supportive engagement with operational teams; Evidence of supporting a multi-disciplined environment with high Standards of Care, Compliance, Quality Assurance, Audit and Risk Management; Outstanding internal and external communication and interpersonal skills to aid staff capacity development; Proven excellent prioritisation, time and project management with a resilience and calmness when operating in a dynamic operating environment; Strong self-care and balance commitment, capacity to prioritise workflow in contracted hours.
Proactive problem-solving ability to resolve day to day operational priorities with sustainable solutions; Working with Children's Check and National Police Check (NPC) clearances.
