This is a permanent, full time and hybrid role, working from home and the office.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Verra Mobility, you play a key role in shaping the quality of our application support deliverables.
Engage in testing web-based applications and back-end microservices, collaborating with a dynamic testing team to elevate QA proficiency.

As a QA Analyst at Verra Mobility you will work on:
Issue Analysis and Test Case Design: Conduct comprehensive analysis of production support tickets and design meticulous test cases for thorough coverage.
Testing Execution: Seamlessly perform manual and automated testing following the support team processes.
Quality Assurance Goals: Ensure product releases consistently exceed predefined quality standards, emphasizing commitment to excellence.
Documentation and Analysis: Thoroughly document support processes, test cases, plans, results, and defects while maintaining a focus on analyzing testing efforts for completeness.
Support Team Participation: Actively participate in review meetings, contribute to continuous improvement.
Additionally, create, maintain, and run automated test scripts for efficient testing processes.
Collaboration: Foster close collaboration with team members from both the support and project teams to ensure alignment with customer and business requirements, promoting a cohesive approach to project success.
