We are excited to offer the role of a Quality Assurance Associate based in Warriewood.
Blackmores Quality function is based in our corporate offices, Warriewood Bottling Plant and Braeside Manufacturing Plant.
This role at Warriewood campus will require working closely with senior Quality Leaders and other Quality teams - investigating and communicating effectively with key stakeholders to ensure Blackmores' highly valued reputation.
This role will report to the Product Quality Complaints Manager and is expected to be based in our Warriewood office at least 3 times a week.

Responsibilities include: Working closely with the Product Safety team, tasked to identify key issues and concerns in the quality of our products through investigating, communicating, and managing Customer Product Quality Complaints.Identify root-cause and recommend corrective/preventive action to remedy the issue.Oversee and manage all aspects of quality assurance and quality control.
Support, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures.Liaise with manufacturers (internal and external) as part of issue investigations.Generate and distribute routine complaint reports as well as issue reports to key stakeholders as required.Ensure the effective and timely processing, closing, and escalation of Customer Complaints and product quality queries to agreed SLAs.Investigate issues to determine the root-cause and provide a solution.What we offer? Possess a bachelor's degree/tertiary Education in a relevant Science field.Preferably at least 2 to 3 years of prior work experience in a regulated GMP environment will be beneficial.Strong knowledge of GMP quality systems.Computer system knowledge including MS Office apps.Blackmores Group is a leading natural health company with proud Australian heritage, with extensive reach across Asia Pacific.
