About the Role:
As a Quality and Training Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of ensuring excellence in care delivery across our residential facilities.
In this dynamic role, you'll lead quality assurance efforts and coordinate training programs to support staff development.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing quality audits and compliance with organizational policiesLeading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomesSupporting and delivering staff training, ensuring adherence to mandatory training requirementsWorking within a multidisciplinary team to provide guidance, ensuring best practice care standards Our Benefits:

We're looking for someone passionate about driving quality and training in aged care.
You bring:
Proven experience in quality management or clinical leadershipA Registered Nurse with a Valid AHPRA registration and experience in quality management or aged care is preferableStrategic and clinical planning skills, with an understanding of organizational behaviourExpertise in change management and cultural change processes, with strong critical thinkingAbility to identify improvement areas and implement initiatives for better compliance and client satisfactionExcellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills for sustainable outcomesCollaborative within multidisciplinary teamsAdaptable to changing demands and priorities Join us today and see where it takes you tomorrow! It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
