Job Description Quality and Risk Business Partner The Quality and Risk Business Partner position holds their own quality and risk portfolio, ensuring that quality standards are met, and risks are effectively managed across the organisation. Supporting leaders in developing continuous improvement plans, ensuring we have the effective processes and quality controls to deliver to high quality services to our customers.

About the role: Location: Based in Gippsland, Victoria, Brisbane, Queensland or a remote Work from Home option available for the right candidate.
Contract Type:  Permanent Full Time
As a Quality and Risk Business Partner you will support Risk Management, Governance and Workplace Health and Safety Frameworks, with a focus on compliance, continuous improvement, and risk control.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Ability to work as a team member within the ethos and values of Workways Australia Knowledge of employment services programs delivered by Workways. Highly developed written communication skills, including for the purpose of board and executive reporting and effective time management skills. Experience in Quality and Risk Management, including successful attainment and maintenance of ISO standards. Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with key stakeholders within a changing and highly regulated environment. Experience in maintaining knowledge of current Contracts' obligations and applicable Federal and State Legislation. Qualifications in Quality, Risk Management or Workplace Health and Safety, or related areas; or equivalent relevant experience. High levels of attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Project. Proven leadership experience with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
