Your Role at the Heart of It As our Quality Education Manager, you'll lead our home in delivering quality care and services, ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, and enhancing the competency of our team members.
Your role includes identifying improvement opportunities, providing hands-on support, and coaching the leadership team for sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:   Leadership & Coaching:  Provide quality-focused leadership and guidance in documentation to ensure care and services meet expected outcomes.
Team Development:  Enhance team members' knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and their practice scope.
Continuous Improvement:  Maintain and track the Care Home's Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI) in collaboration with the leadership team.
Quality Reporting:  Complete and analyse month-end Quality Indicator Reports, ensuring improvements are implemented.
Clinical Excellence:  Manage and deliver the highest quality clinical care, ensuring accurate records and documentation.

What You Bring:   Qualifications:  Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration is essential.
A postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is desirable.
Experience:  Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, and training.
Skills:  Effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills, with an understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
