Job Description As a pivotal member of our Quality Safety and Compliance team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our services meet the highest standards under the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) National Quality Framework by coordinating compliance systems for OSHC and Kindergartens, championing a culture of safety and accountability, and managing incidents with precision to uphold the wellbeing of children.
Role responsibilities Monitor and Respond : Manage compliance processes, monitor incidents, and ensure timely escalation and reporting to reduce risks and meet regulatory deadlines.
Support and Guide : Coach teams on ECEC compliance, prepare services for assessment, and ensure high-quality submissions for regulatory bodies.
Quality Assurance : Maintain accurate compliance data, address operational gaps, and drive continuous improvement across services.
Stakeholder Engagement : Liaise with internal teams, MACS schools, and external stakeholders to coordinate responses and uphold safety standards.
Stay Updated : Track regulatory changes, update processes, and provide insightful reports on safety and compliance trends. Qualifications Qualifications : Relevant tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education, compliance, or a related field.
Knowledge : Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, legislation, and governance in Early Years Education.
Skills : Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
