About this opportunity We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality & Compliance Officer to join our Home Instead National Office in Toowong. In this role you will play a crucial part in supporting and enhancing the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) across our organization.
You will work closely with the Risk & Governance Manager and support all offices to main compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, the Aged Care Quality Standards, and relevant legislative requirements. You will be instrumental in embedding a culture of continuous improvement within our organization.

Hybrid working model – work from home up to 2 days per weekFlexible working hoursPaid birthday day offPaid volunteering, emergency services & military reserve leaveContinued learning and development through our learning system and Immersion Program Key Responsibilities: Embed quality improvement processes consistently throughout the organisation.Assist in conducting regular internal audits across all offices to evaluate the effectiveness of quality management systems, identify improvement opportunities and ensure regulatory compliance.Develop detailed reports on audit findings and quality metrics, analysing and interpreting the data to drive quality improvements.Collaborate with relevant teams to develop, monitor and implement corrective action plans in response to audit findings.Ensure ongoing compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard including supporting offices with the preparation and coordination of ISO certification and/or recertification processesWork with the leadership team to assist in the implementation of new industry reforms and ad hoc projects as they arise.About you Relevant proven experience in quality management systems, particularly in a healthcare settingStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insightsDemonstrated experience in conducting audits, developing reports and tracking action plans In depth understanding of ISO certification standards and the Aged Care Quality Standards.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAble to travel interstate as requiredAustralian work rights Applicants must have permanent or temporary rights to work in Australia with no restrictions.
