Quality And Compliance Manager

Permanent opportunity with a reputable RTO in Brisbane.Your new company:Hays has partnered with a large, registered training organisation. This is an opportunity to join the team on a permanent basis.Your new role:This role reports to the general manager, operations. The role will require you to manage the risk and compliance framework within the RTO. Identifying risk and compliance obligations, assessing and managing strategic and operational objectives and meeting legal, regulatory, contractual and policy requirements.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop, implement, and manage the quality compliance framework for RTOs, including strategic direction and performance maintenance.Identify, present, manage, and mitigate risks for asset protection.Oversee transition activities in training packages across RTO registration.Lead and manage audit processes, including preparation and external agency audits.What you'll need to succeed:Minimum of 5 years' experience in an RTO compliance role.Minimum of 5 years' experience in the application of funding programs (state/national).Comprehensive understanding of the RTO Standards as they apply to the VET industry.Experience leading and conducting internal audits and external audits.Experience of managing teams to achieve business outcomes and strategic direction.What you'll get in return:Permanent role in Brisbane with a competitive annual rate.Contract workers through Hays also enjoy a wide range of benefits including:Weekly pay cycles.Your nominated choice of superannuation fund.Online timesheet submission and approval.No hidden costs or payroll deductions for our services.Option to be engaged on a Pty Ltd basis (conditions apply).Regular contact with consultants throughout the duration of your assignment.What you need to do now:At Hays, we value diversity and are passionate about placing people in a role where they can flourish and succeed.
