Join Sandhurst Catholic Early Childhood Education & Care Ltd (SCECE&C Ltd) as our Quality and Compliance Manager, where you will drive excellence across our Early Learning Centres and future services.
SCECE&C Ltd supports five ELCs across the Sandhurst Diocese, fostering high-quality, child-safe environments enriched by Catholic values.

As the Quality and Compliance Manager, reporting to the Chief Early Childhood Officer, you will:
Lead quality improvement and compliance initiatives across all services.
Develop and implement systems, policies, and practices ensuring excellence in pedagogy and child safety.
Support service directors and ELC staff to exceed national quality standards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and risk management.
Minimum Requirements: Require tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education and a valid WWCC or VIT registration and unrestricted driver's license.
