The Role: Lumia Care is seeking a strategic, proactive and process focused Quality and Compliance Manager to lead the quality, governance and compliance frameworks for our organisations nationwide. Based in Adelaide at our Pop Up Health office, this strategic full time role is central to maintaining the highest standards of care and safeguarding our consumers with a focus on quality and governance, advocacy and complaints, incident and risk management and clinical oversight.
As our Quality and Compliance Manager, you will: Manage, promote and support effective risk management and governance across the organisation.Provide strategic leadership, coordination and advice on clinical governance requirements.Manage and supervise the organisations clinical governance framework.Ensure all legislative requirements and guidance materials/obligations are met and maintained.Drive the development of organisational strategic requirements, policies and frameworks.Implement and optimise risk, quality, incident and complaints management systems.Own the accreditation and audit process for all Lumia Care organisations, ensuring continued success.Provide accurate and timely reporting to the Chief Operating Officer as required.Support partnership opportunities.Minimum Requirements: A current practicing APHRA Registered Nurse with a strong clinical nursing background.Qualifications in Quality & Compliance, Health and Safety or related field.Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.Strong capability in developing, implementing and monitoring clinical governance.Demonstrated experience in Board reporting and liaison.Demonstrated evidence of knowledge, capability and leadership in achieving required compliance relating to Australian and State based legislation.Current Drivers Licence.This role requires regular interstate travel to various Lumia Care organisations across Australia. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with teams on-site, supporting with hands on guidance and fostering strong connections across our network.
