What You'll Do: Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of GCLA's Quality Management System, ensuring full compliance with Aged Care and NDIS standards.Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, shaping quality and compliance strategies that drive continuous improvement.Oversee accreditation and audit processes, ensuring our services remain compliant with the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.Build and nurture a culture of quality within the organisation by providing leadership, training, and support to staff.Manage incident reporting, risk management, and policy development to ensure the highest levels of service delivery and client care.Engage with clients, families, and external stakeholders to ensure feedback is at the heart of our service improvement.What We're Looking For: We're seeking a motivated leader with:
