Design Evaluation: Assess the quality and effectiveness of designs created by our team, ensuring they align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.
Software Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software to review and provide feedback on design work.
Quality Assurance: Develop and implement processes to maintain high standards of design quality throughout the project lifecycle, including conducting regular audits and providing constructive feedback to designers.
Customer Interaction Oversight: Monitor and evaluate customer interactions with our design team to ensure professionalism, responsiveness, and adherence to client requirements.
Feedback and Training: Provide ongoing feedback and support to designers to help them improve their skills and maintain consistency in design quality.
Collaboration: Work closely with design team leads, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall design quality and customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of design evaluations, customer interactions, and quality assurance processes for reference and analysis.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Proven experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
Strong eye for detail and ability to critically evaluate design work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar role is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
