Sydney Water has partnered with D4C to deliver design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to Georges River.
D4C is seeking a Quality Advisorto join our dynamic, diverse and high performing team in an exciting time of growth.
We need your skills and expertise to help Sydney Water deliver a $34 billion dollar program over the next 10 years to build, maintain and protect the future of our iconic water resources.
Primary Purpose? The Quality & Systems Advisor is to ensure the quality standards and specifications of the construction product and services are always adhered to.
Assist and support by coaching, guiding and mentoring the construction team in relation to meeting the D4C/SW quality requirements for construction and maintenance projects.
Key Accountabilities: Assist in assessing Quality Management Systems of contractors tendering for D4C In collaboration with Business Manager / Project Manager and Site Implement and drive the Quality Management System, Program and processes on projects to meet appropriate standards.
Facilitate continuous improvement in order to achieve best practice and to meet customer needs and compliance on all projects including the quality documentation.
Maintain consistency, accuracy and efficiency in Quality Management Processes across the South Delivery Team.
Implement (QMS) standards, guidelines, processes and procedures as required including document control, auditing, corrective and preventive action, and training processes.
Review and endorse internally the Delivery Contractor Quality Plans prior to sending to Sydney Water for review and endorsement.
Lead and manage the Project Change Control process for each project Carry out incident investigations in a timely and accurate manner Identify and document quality system issues and opportunities for improvement Deliver quality training programs as required including site inductions.
Conduct internal and desktop audits together in collaboration with the Quality lead and the supervisor to review sample Workorders.
