Your impact Jacobs is excited to announce two openings for Quality Advisors to join our Quality Team, reporting to the ANZ Quality Manager.
These roles offer flexibility to be based anywhere across Australia.
About the Role: As a Quality Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting multi-disciplinary projects indirectly.
This influential position involves collaborating with leadership, operations, project delivery teams to enhance quality across the business and ensure client expectations are being met.
You will drive and support business improvements through quality initiatives, maintain audit completions, and measure the effectiveness of implementations.
Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to participate in global working groups aimed at improving organisational quality through various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Influence: Provide visible and consistent leadership in quality assurance across the business, engaging with leaders, key project roles and employees at all levels in the business.
Client Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional client service by providing business quality insights, facilitating root cause and improvement workshops and providing support to the ANZ Quality Manager, as needed.
Business measurement and improvement: reliably perform, report and close-out internal quality audits.
Suggest, influence and drive business improvements to ensure ongoing relevance of quality system requirements and documentation and supporting continued organisation growth and sustainability.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key functional stakeholders to ensure clarity on internal project delivery requirements, especially those related to ISO9001.
Here's what you'll need We seek an experienced individual capable of liaising with senior leadership across the ANZ region.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring compliance with Jacobs' Business Management System (BMS) and clarifying the requirements of Australian and International standards.
You will mentor, teach, and advise staff at all levels, perform analysis of key metrics to identify gaps and areas of focus, whilst providing ongoing support for Project Managers, Designated Project Executives, and Managers of Projects to meet quality requirements.
Qualifications: Deep knowledge and proven experience working in a Business Management System.
Proven ability to provide visible and consistent leadership in quality assurance.
Experience in delivering outstanding client service and supporting quality management standards (ISO9001).
Strong skills in influencing and driving business improvements.
Ability to collaborate effectively with key functional stakeholders.
