The role  Working closely within the leadership team to support each manager & their team within multiple aged care services. Opportunities available supporting mulitple services, please note this role supports a portfolio of services throughout Australia, therefore travel to other states is essential.  Having a head office base, you will also have the opportunity to work from home, however interstate travel will be required. 
You will provide daily guidance & support across the service's surrounding the achievement of accreditation standards & quality processes.  
You will review, develop & implement improvements within the service delivery to ensure resident care needs are achieved in line with current standards, with the ability to reduce risk whilst achieving clinical indicators.  
With the ability to coach & educate staff members on accurate documentation and the identification of changes in care. 
Summary of Duties  Day to day oversight & direction of quality processes & practises  
Monitoring & reporting of clinical indicators  
Ensure accurate completion of relevant documentation 
Review & update organisational policies & procedures 
Undertaking clinical audits, whilst implementing relevant changes 
Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met 
Skills and Experience  AHPRA Registered Nurse registration 
Previous experience within a quality focused role
Aged care accreditation knowledge & experience 
Experience with audit processes 
Ability to identify & improve areas for improvement 
Understanding of WHS & risk management  
Consultative & effective communication skills
