The Role Reporting to the Quality & Compliance Manager WA, this position is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the quality standards in construction by conducting analyses, generating comprehensive reports and presenting findings to guide strategic decision making.
Key responsibilities include: Oversee and implement quality assurance processes in construction to ensure adherence to established standards Conduct audits and inspections to evaluate the quality of construction processes Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of processes, audits and corrective actions Articulate insights derived from quality analyses and identify key trends and communicate to internal teams, fostering a collaborative approach to quality improvement Collaborate with construction teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality Generate regular reports on quality metrics, KPIs and areas for improvement to inform strategic decision making You To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills, experience and attributes; Demonstrated administration experience in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication and active listening skills Versatile, detail oriented and a strong focus on supporting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence A positive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn Experience in construction industry and understanding of construction processes Good organisation and time management skills Able to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships with key stakeholders Why ABN?
