They deliver recommendations that shape brand, product, and retail strategies and partner with global consumer brands across all categories.By understanding consumers emotionally, they believe brands build stronger connections and sit at the intersection of qualitative and quantitative insights to understand what and why. Multidisciplinary, their toolkit spans – strategy, qualitative research, advanced quantitative analytics, shopper insights, and human-centred design.The Role Overview:With a seat at the leadership table, you'll be the face of the qualitative insights division – acting as a hands-on practitioner who loves getting stuck into everything from start to finish. The work is completely customised across Brand Strategy, Visual Identity, New Product Development, Behavioural Change, Shopper Experience, Concept Testing, Cultural Insights, Innovation, and Strategy.
