Multidisciplinary, their toolkit spans – strategy, qualitative research, advanced quantitative analytics, shopper insights, and human-centred design. The Role Overview: With a seat at the leadership table, you'll be the face of the qualitative insights division – acting as a hands-on practitioner who loves getting stuck into everything from start to finish. The work is completely customised across Brand Strategy, Visual Identity, New Product Development, Behavioural Change, Shopper Experience, Concept Testing, Cultural Insights, Innovation, and Strategy. You're someone who loves variety – and gets a kick out of finding the "ah-ha" moments. Key Responsibilities: Lead a constant stream of ad-hoc projects Forge strong relationships with existing and new clients Write winning proposals Unpack client problems and design methodologies Consumer engagement tools – groups, workshops, ethnography, shop-alongs Synthesising, analysing and contextualising data Winning new business and spotting opportunities Delivering impactful, creative and visual insights Storytelling, workshopping & presenting to clients Mentor a happy, high-performing team of junior qualitative researchers Contribute to thought leadership and the growth of the qualitative division within the multidisciplinary offering Who Are You?
