Qualified Production Manager (Manufacturing) – Full Time – West Gosford - Nsw

We are a renowned Australian confectionery producer. Our factory creates hundreds of amazing, delicious treats, locally made, exclusive products for all tastes and ages. Our world of chocolate, nougat, and much, much more are created on the factory floor for all to see and enjoy. We offer guided tours and junior workshops for all to enjoy. We are looking for someone that has a passion for the industry to join our team as a Production Manager.
Minimum Requirements: To apply for this position, you must have:
A Bachelor in International Business Management Over 5 years' experience in chocolate making Over 5 years management experience in a chocolate making environment You will be required to: Determine, implement and monitor production strategies, policies, and plans Plan details of production activities in terms of output quality and quantity, cost, time available, and labour requirements Control the operation of production plant and quality procedures through planning of maintenance, designation of operating hours, and supply of parts and tools Monitor production output and costs, and adjust processes and resources to minimise costs Inform other Managers about production matters Oversee the acquisition and installation of new plant and equipment Direct research into production methods, and recommend and implement initiatives Control the preparation of production records and reports Coordinate the implementation of occupational health and safety requirements Direct staff activities and monitor their performance Please provide your Resume and Qualifications if you are interested.
