What the jobs involve Just Cuts is the largest hairdressing brand across Australia and New Zealand, with over 285 salons operating for over 30 years.We have access to the best products, training networks and industry innovations.
The roles involve: Providing top-quality and style-leading hairdressing services to clients; Advising our clients on the best hair care regimes and products; Providing high-energy customer service; Participating in a supportive and high-energy environment by working constructively with and assisting your colleagues; Providing training and leadership to trainee and developing colleagues.
What the roles require The positions require: At least three years of hairdressing experience or the equivalent qualification (trade or otherwise).
Clear and effective oral communication skills;Professional personal presentation; A willingness to develop your skills and keep abreast of style and product developments; A genuine love of customer service and the industry.
What you will gain You will be guaranteed at least 30 hours of work a week.
You will earn at least $28 per hour and, depending on experience and management skills, may earn up to $35 per hour.
