About the RoleWe are seeking applications for the Full Time role of QTIX Administration Coordinator. This is an essential role providing administrative support to QTIX to facilitate the supply of professional services for venue hirers, promoters, patrons and QPAC units.
It is a mandatory requirement to obtain a national police check, as arranged by QPAC, to be clear of dishonesty type offences.
In this role you will:
Provide the Head of Ticketing, and other unit staff with administrative support and assistance including stationery inventory control as well as general office needs including weekly staff time sheets, travel bookings and invoice payments.Compile monthly statistical reporting on attendances for QPAC venues using the Ticketing system reports, having knowledge of Excel, Word.Complete the show event settlements and ticket reconciliations into Elite, liaising with QPAC Finance as required.Enter all House seat requests into the House seat spreadsheet. Liaise with Philanthropy on their House seat requests, checking availability.Coordinate and process ticket requests for House and approved seats.Along with processing Opening Night allocations, also processing complimentary ticket requests for all shows at QPAC.Take responsibility for the provision of a high level of customer service to hirers of QPAC venues and QPAC producers/staff through the use of the QTIX ticketing system.Undertake other duties and administrative projects as required, including assistance within the QTIX call centre processing ticket sales and enquiries.About YouTo be successful in this role, we are looking for:
