The OpportunityWe are looking for a passionate and experienced QMS/IMS Manager to join our team, based in our CBD office, with opportunities to visit live sites. Your role is essential in ensuring compliance with industry and government regulations, while driving continuous improvement across our operations. You will be the key custodian of our management systems, ensuring our commitment to quality and integrity in every project.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct internal audits to ensure processes and procedures align with Landmark's QMS/IMS systems.Conduct site audits to confirm the completion of Inspection and Test Plans and compliance with design and regulatory standards.Monitor and review the effectiveness of our management systems, recommending and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.Develop and maintain policies and procedures for all management functions.Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, providing actionable insights.Coordinate with the IT manager to manage folder access and permissions for documentation control.Serve as the point of contact for all staff regarding quality-related issues and documentation standards.Support the HR team with internal training on company processes and standards.Collect, review, and analyse non-conformance reports to identify root causes and implement preventive actions.Assist in implementing quality control procedures to ensure construction activities meet architectural designs and current NCC codes, DBP regulations, and RAB Act standards.Innovate and suggest improvements for more efficient methods of documentation control.Ensure accurate records are maintained for future reference and maintenance.What We're Looking ForA strong background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Integrated Management Systems (IMS), with demonstrated experience in conducting internal audits and process verification.In-depth knowledge of ISO9001, NCC codes, Australian standards, and regulatory frameworks including the DBP and RAB Acts.A collaborative, people-first mindset. You are open, honest, and empathetic in your interactions, and you thrive in a team environment.A passion for quality and continual improvement.
