As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving growth for the company.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Researching market trends and identifying potential clients and prospective business opportunitiesRegular client visits throughout QLD servicing client's current and future workforce requirementsDeveloping and implementing sales strategies to expand the company's customer baseBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersTo be successful, the ideal candidate will possess:
Proven track record of success in business development or sales rolesPrevious experience working in a labour hire or recruitment agency environmentStrong business acumen and a deep understanding of market dynamics, laws, acts, and industrial awardsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsCurrent driver license and ability for frequent travel around QueenslandYou will be rewarded with:
