Make a positive impact with us!Clough has an exciting opportunity for a QHSE Administrator to join our Team based in the Perth CBD office.In this role, you will effectively providesupport and administration to the Corporate QHSE team.
You will support the maintenance of various quality systems and databases to support QHSE management co-ordination.
You will update, collate and organise therelevant dossiers to support licensing, accreditation and return to work activities.

These are just a few words that describe you.Your focus will include:Responsible for day-to-day office quality function administration duties related to achieving up-to-date documentation on the CMSMaintain status control of raised NCR's, CAR, SI's, facilitate action tracking and closure regularly and updating corporate reporting monthly.Establish and maintain spreadsheets & records for the purpose of controlling and managing quality activities Organised record keeping, data gathering & distributing, reporting, maintenance of QHSE documentationCollating and arranging information for project quality monthly reportsGovernance & Sustainability portal data entry, upkeep and maintenance Administrative support for Governance & Sustainability and Injury Management & Workers Compensation, where necessary.
