About the opportunity
The Quality Control Microbiology Analyst will develop and coordinate the associated experimental and documentation activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Duties QC Analyst position within microbiology department, must be happy to work with animalsSupport the team to ensure assays are performed in accordance with GMP across bacteriology, virology, and sterilityAdditional responsibilities using Embryonated eggs, Bioburden testing, Stasis testing, and Microbial IDsAssist in the review, update, and issue of documentationRepresent the department at regular meetings as requiredRole reports to QC Team LeaderSkills and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Scientific subject and/or demonstrated laboratory experienceMust be happy to work with animals, and experience in the area would be advantageousKnowledge of microbial testing with experience in assay preparation essentialFamiliarity with QC lab functionsAbility to accurately maintain testing records and use of computer systems for data entryMust be able to work autonomously but also work well with the team Culture
