The role includes ensuring all materials meet client requirements and company standards, managing material receiving, allocation and storage, including hazardous and high-cost items. You will work closely with construction teams to prevent delays due to material shortages, manage material requisitions and ensure proper equipment preservation. Responsibilities also include verifying deliveries, handling packing lists and overseeing quarantine areas for damaged or incorrect items, while maintaining stock levels and minimising demurrage.About You:The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent, with previous experience in Warehouse/Yard Management or Supervision. Experience in the oil and gas or similar industries is advantageous, along with knowledge of Australian expediting and logistics requirements. Certification in General Construction Induction (CPCCWHS1001), Working Safely at Heights and Confined Space Entry would be beneficial. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to read technical drawings.
