QBE is proud to have had a longstanding presence in the Northern Rivers community for over 20 years and is looking to grow our workers compensation team in Lismore!

The Opportunity
Managed Fund Claims is thrilled to announce the launch of a new workers compensation team in Lismore, starting in February 2025.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced insurance leader to take the reins. As the Service Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping this team's success, you will be responsible for providing direction, coaching, and coordination for a team of Case Managers and Specialists.
To ensure success for you and the team, we will have a comprehensive onboarding and training plan including face to face support. We will help you create meaningful connections across our business by bringing the business to you.
What We're Looking For:
A natural leader with solid negotiation and conflict resolution skills, you can build relationships and have exceptional people management expertise. Working in a fast-paced environment you take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience and can maintain these levels of excellence through times of change, demonstrating resilience. Workers' Compensation experience and an in-depth knowledge of relevant NSW legislation. High degree of organisational skills and time management. An aptitude for analysing information and making strategic decisions. A willingness to travel occasionally as per client/business requirements. About QBE
