About the job: Test Data Management Engineer Knowledge and understanding of the following Data classifications (highly desirable):
PII - Personally identifiable information PCI - Payment card information PHI - Protected health information NPI - Non-public Information • Knowledge of and utilization of Data Masking tools such as DELPHIX (highly desirable)
• Knowledge of mainframe, SQL, Cloud, and Oracle databases and structures (highly desirable)
• Strong technical background with extensive knowledge of Test Data Management practices
• Knowledge and experience using Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Ability to identify stakeholder data needs, propose solutions, and deliver working solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
• High personal motivation and self-management skills demonstrated by acting in a self-directed manner
• Displays positive team attitude and willingness to help wherever possible
• Strong communication (both written and verbal), presentation, facilitation, relationship management, and teaming skills, including the ability to develop productive working relationships
• Value-driven decision-making – proven ability to consider the broader and external organizational issues when planning and making decisions
• Good understanding of automated operations concepts, processes, and architectures
• Ability to understand and apply data risk management best practices and frameworks
• Experience using agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Use of cloud platform technology (highly desirable)
• Solid understanding of software quality assurance lifecycles and the ability to apply and adapt to meet business strategies and risk appetite
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and utilization of the following tools:
Terraform Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Plutora Splunk Your qualifications and certifications: Relevant tertiary qualification/certificates in Information Technology and Test Data Management
