Responsibilities :Map the current state processes at different levels through SME workshops.Develop To-Be state with technology change.Assist the change team in change impact assessment due to technology change.Understand process hierarchy.Identify process improvement opportunities.Collaborate with technology teams to propose To-Be state.Qualifications :Past experience in the financial services industry (especially banking).Experience working in the finance function.
