Bullet Points Work 4 days a week : 12 Hour shifts : Rotating Day and Night shift Full time hours and permanent role on offer after qualifying period Western Suburbs Location Full Job Description Our client remains the Australasian market leader in vinyl compound, renowned for delivering superior value and innovative compound solutions that meet the specific needs of their customers and facilitating existing PVC markets requirements.
In order to maintain high level of productivity, our client is seeking Factory Operators/ Batchers to work with compounding machines and high-speed mixers.
Responsibilities: Operating Compounding Machines .
Ability to perform quality control and follow standard operating procedures (SOP) Mixing of Chemical raw materials Updating the system for manufacturing output General cleaning and machine maintenance Delivery of Materials to production Adherence to occupational health and safety requirements Job Requirements: Vibrant and energetic work ethics Forklift license.
Physically fit - can lift up to 25kgs Use of PPE Good communication skills Fast-learner Ability to adapt to any type of working environment.
Punctuality, reliability, and honesty is must Great Mathematical skills Benefits: Full training on compound identification and high end testing.
Ongoing training with progress catch ups Constant feedback throughout tenure All PPEs are provided.
Our client will provide on-site training of machinery for those with minimal experience.
