How will your ideas contribute to shaping what's next? As the Winning Work Consultant (Pursuits / Proposals), you will join our wider winning work team where you will have the opportunity to establish yourself as a strategic resource across the business. As a key team player and with the help of your seniors, you will lead the pursuit and engagement phase across various disciplines (Transport, Land, Water, Energy & Buildings) and day to day, you will proactively engage in major/strategic opportunities, partner with the Bid team, consult and provide advice to shape and deliver a strong submission.
Roles and responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Providing end-to-end bid / proposal management in collaboration with subject matter experts to ultimately achieve on-time and high-quality bid submissions. Collaborate and prioritise Bid submissions across various regions and disciplines. Produce bid-specific/tailored responses for our clients. Compile, maintain and update content across our knowledge libraries. What are we looking for from you? As the Winning Work Consultant (Pursuits/Proposals), you will bring strong bid-related experience, including proposal writing and bid/submission coordination. You will be confident in technical writing, editing, proofreading and will have very strong attention to detail.
Additionally, you can plan, multi-task and prioritise competing priorities to deliver to time-sensitive deadlines. You will bring strong communication and stakeholder management skills and will be confident to interact at all levels across the business.
As a key team player, you will showcase a 'can do' attitude and great willingness to learn.
High level proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and PowerPoint) including template creation, styles, layout, and formatting will be required for this role.
Degree level qualification in corporate communications/marketing or business-related fields and/or APMP foundation or higher level of accreditation is highly recommended but not required. Experience working for a professional consultancy will also be highly regarded.
