About the Role We are seeking a passionate and committed leader to join our team as the Purpose and Values Lead .
This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Management Team to embed and champion Centrecare's purpose, vision, and values.
You will play a vital role in fostering a positive, respectful, and caring organisational culture.
Based at our head office in Perth, the overall purpose of this part time role is to collaborate with the Management Team to inspire and support staff toward a shared vision aligned with Centrecare values.
Reporting to the Director, the role will develop innovative procedures and methodologies as well as coordinate and oversee strategic projects.
It will provide support to Centrecare staff across various programs and activities.

A few specifics: Provide expert consultancy and advice.
Serve as a role model, embodying Centrecare's values in daily interactions.
Design and implement educational programs to promote the organisation's purpose, vision, and values.
Ensure the clarity, relevance, and communication of Centrecare's purpose, values, and Code of Conduct.
Lead strategic initiatives to integrate the organisation's vision and values into all aspects of operations.
Foster a values-based culture that unites staff around Centrecare's purpose.
Provide orientation and guidance to new managers regarding Centrecare's culture and values.
Support the Director in driving purpose-aligned cultural initiatives.
Act as a bridge between staff and the Management Team, ensuring effective communication and feedback loops.
