About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Korean BBQ Buffet Head Chef to join our team.
As our Korean BBQ Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and preparing authentic Korean BBQ dishes that delight our customers.
This is a full-time role.
What we're looking for: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Korean BBQ Head Chef or in a similar senior culinary role In-depth knowledge of Korean BBQ cuisine and techniques, with the ability to create innovative Korean BBQ dishes Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in Japanese/Korean cuisine Experience in making Sushi, Sashimi, and Japanese style hot food Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Food safety and hygiene certification What you'll be doing: Overseeing all aspects of menu development, preparation, and plating Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation Managing and training the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service Implementing efficient kitchen operations and procedures Monitoring kitchen stock levels and placing orders as required Collaborating with the management team to enhance the overall dining experience Why You'll Love It Here: Top-Notch Facilities: A brand-new kitchen with the tools to bring your vision to life.
