Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for placing orders, managing stock, and overseeing our inventory to support our diverse range of services. Key Responsibilities: Place orders for materials and supplies needed for various projects.Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to prevent shortages or overstock situations.Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms.Track and analyze purchasing trends to optimize procurement processes.Ensure all purchases align with budgetary constraints and company policies.Collaborate with project managers and team members to anticipate material needs.Prepare reports on inventory status and purchasing activities.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar role.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Familiarity with inventory management software and procurement processes.Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Knowledge of plumbing, heating and cooling, electrical, or renovation materials is a plus.Why Join Us?
