• Permanent Fulltime role – $65,000 plus super - Wantirna location • Office based - Flexibility with start/finish times but around 7.30am to 4pm.

The Role Reporting to the Production & Purchasing Manager you will play a vital role in supporting the purchasing and production operational functions.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records and databases, raising purchase orders, updating information and invoicing and order acknowledgement.
You will also raise work orders for production, conduct stock counts and data entry.
From time to time, you may be required to assist the production team with basic assembly.
As this is an entry level role, it really will come down to your attitude and enthusiasm to learn.
You will also enjoy working in a team environment and be able to contribute to organisational culture.
You are someone who is not sure, you ask.
If work is completed, you see if there is something you can do or someone else that you can support.
Responsibilities • Raising purchase orders.
• Order acknowledgement and invoicing.
• Process purchase orders in the system and conduct receipting activities.
• Raising work orders.
• Stock counts.
• Data entry.
• Phone calls when required.
• Occasionally help in production environment.
Requirements • Positive attitude and enthusiastic.
• Punctual with time awareness.
• Ability to be taught and listen to instructions.
• Strong work ethic.
• Demonstrate a willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks and help others when needed.
