THE OPPORTUNITY Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for an experienced Purchasing & Planning Officer to join our business. The primary function is the planning and forecasting of stock levels to ensure that stock management processes are sufficient to maintain full operating stocks on hand for our customers, whilst also managing our financial exposure.
This role includes liaising with major clients on a daily basis and providing support to the warehouse team.

RESPONSIBILITIES Planning & forecasting stock levels. Raising and issuing purchase orders. Resolving any invoicing, delivery & documentation issues. Ensure invoices are processed in sufficient time to allow payment in terms. Assist with customer service queries, reporting store claims/credits. Assist with stocktake and consolidation in line with the inventory plan.
