You'll play a crucial role in operating machinery, following construction plans, and leading teams to ensure the highest standards of work.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate excavators, skid steers, rollers, and other machinery essential for pump track construction.Interpret and execute engineering plans and construction drawings.Lead and motivate team members to achieve top productivity and safety.Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental protection measures.Communicate professionally with clients and provide progress updates to management.Maintain high standards of conduct and professionalism at all times.Role RequirementsMandatoryExtensive experience with construction machinery (excavators, skid steers, rollers).Current Construction Induction White Card (or ability to obtain).Willingness to relocate for project duration (relocation assistance provided).Comfortable living in shared accommodation with team members.Experience in mountain bike trail or pump track construction.Understanding of mountain biking culture.Trade qualification or experience in construction, landscaping, or civil industries.First Aid certification.Unrestricted driver's licence.LocationVarious pump track project locations across the east coast of Australia and Tasmania.Join our team as a Pump Track Shaper, where you'll use your skills to craft world-class asphalt pump tracks across Australia, blending passion with precision in every project.
