In this key role, you will work closely with stakeholders to provide expert advice and implement training strategies and programs that meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include managing training projects, evaluating their effectiveness, and identifying areas for continuous improvement. You will also coordinate the design of curriculum, course materials, policies, and guidelines to ensure sustainable and impactful learning outcomes.As an experienced trainer, you will contribute to the delivery of training within your area of expertise while fostering a positive work environment. Working closely with the Training Delivery Leads you will mentor colleagues, promote continuous improvement, and support the Vocational Training Manager in driving organisational learning and development initiatives. In partnership with internal clients, you will provide specialist advice on learning solutions and offer professional consultancy services related to operational training needs.In this role, you will also manage external training providers and specialist consultants, overseeing contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with PTA standards. You will build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders through effective consultation and influence, ensuring their active involvement in training and development initiatives. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to improve training efficiency and sustainability, incorporating innovative approaches such as e-learning.
