THE ROLE
Reporting to the Wellness & Hygiene Manager, the role of Public Area Cleaner (Wellness & Hygiene) is a full-time position located in Brisbane
You will be responsible for the day-to-day presentation and overall aesthetic appearance of our beautiful Scape assets in Brisbane, key responsibilities are as followed:
Daily cleaning of public areas including using a carpet cleaning machine and floor scrubbing machine in common rooms, lounges, theatre, outdoor terraces, gym and laundry
Being fully aware with health and safety obligations
Hours of work will generally be Mon – Fri starting between 6am and 8am, with some occasional weekend work as required
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are seeking enthusiastic self-starters with the following skills and experience:
High attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and multitask
Can work in team or individual setting
Ability to work with and relate to young adults while also maintaining professional and cultural sensitivity and boundaries
1-2 years' experience as a public area cleaner in a large commercial environment or room attendant in a 4 – 5 star hotel environment
Experience using large machinery including carpet cleaner and floor scrubber
