We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience managing busy pubs and a strong background in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a love for food and a passion for people, driving our team to achieve quarterly targets.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and quality food.Manage and motivate staff to create a positive work environment.Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.Monitor financial performance and meet quarterly targets.Manage stock levels, including ordering, inventory control, and waste management.Create and maintain staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods.Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for all levels of the team.Drive the business strategy, an events plan and deliver its objectives.Be responsible for the P&L, cost management and managing and monitoring stock levels.Play a visible role on the floor, leading, and guiding the team to achieve exceptional levels of service.Experience:Proven experience in managing busy pubs and working within the food industry.Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.Experience in stock management and creating staff rotas.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Restaurant management experience.Knowledge and experience with managing rotas and ordering systems.Benefits:Competitive salary of £27,000 with bonuses.Free accommodation.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £27,000.00-£39,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:Performance bonusTipsSchedule:10 hour shiftWeekend availabilityWork Location: In person
