The role: onPsych is seeking fully registered Psychologists (with APHRA) and Accredited Mental Health Social Workers (with AASW) to work in schools across Melbourne and Victoria. This is an opportunity to work within a dynamic company. We are at the forefront of service delivery, committed to meaningful outcomes for clients through our therapy services.
Remuneration: $60-$240/hr client dependant.
Location: With over 400 locations (school settings) across Melbourne & Victoria we will be located near you, so you can choose your work place.
Work hours: this is planned by yourself in conjunction with your line manager (many of the team work 9:30am to 3pm, 2-3 days per week; this allows them to be available to their family and other commitments as required).
Duties: Early intervention with children, families and school communities by providing individual and group therapy for a range of issues including but not limited to Anxiety, Stress (exam/relationships), Social, relationship and emotional issues (anger management/emotion de-regulation), Mental Health disorders related to Bullying, Communication, Divorce and Grief and ASD and ADHD adjustment to integrated learning.
What you'll need:

General registration with AHPRA or Accreditation with AASW
Police check (or prepared to obtain this)
Working With Children's Check
Current drivers licence (highly desirable)
Computer, with a reliable internet connection
Mobile phone
Effective communication skills for a wide range of client groups
Ability to work independently within a distributed team
Good time management
Knowledge of a range of therapeutic techniques suitable for use with children and young people
