The role: Our innovative, award-winning Primary Psychological Recovery Program takes a unique, interdisciplinary approach to supporting our patients with their recovery. Due to recent expansion, we are seeking a registered Psychologist to provide psychological assessment and intervention services to support the delivery of our Primary Psychological Recovery Program. This role involves working collaboratively with our Navigator clinicians as you conduct clinical assessments and provide targeted psychological intervention to our patients. This role provides a harmonious work-life balance with flexible work arrangements, including work-from-home and office options to cater to your lifestyle needs. Our ideal candidate will have: The ability to travel to Perth CBDFull registration as a Psychologist with AHPRASIRA registered or eligible for registrationAdvanced skills in the delivery of evidence-based treatment for psychological conditions with a CBT or EMDR focusExperience in delivering psychological functional assessment reportsStrong interpersonal skills and well-developed negotiation skillsTeam player with experience working with a multi-disciplinary teamKnowledge and experience of the compensable injury sector (Desirable)Why work with us: Working as a Psychologist with Navigator Group offers a uniquely rewarding career path compared to other similar roles in the compensable injury space.
