Position Overview
Seeking a General or Clinical Psychologist to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with severe and complex mental health challenges.
Reporting to the Manager of Allied Health Services and working closely with the Group Chief Operations Officer, you will provide psychological assessments and therapy.
This role aims to optimize psycho-social outcomes for clients and offers opportunities for education, community services, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities: Provide psychology services, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of clients with complex mental health conditions.Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on best practices and regulatory standards.Offer 1:1 and group-based psychological treatment, and manage risk assessments, including crisis intervention and safety monitoring.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other professionals to ensure cohesive program delivery.Maintain privacy and confidentiality in client care, following ethical guidelines and organizational policies.Deliver education and consultation to staff and community members to promote mental health awareness.Provide case management and support, ensuring the integration of care components and advocacy for clients and families.Supervise students and less experienced staff, contributing to clinical education and growth.Qualifications & Experience: Full registration with AHPRA as a psychologist.Experience working with clients with complex mental health presentations.Knowledge of the Mental Health Act 2016 and person-centred care practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Benefits/Perks: $10,000 Relocation482 Visa Sponsorship with the pathway to PRClinic BasedProvisional Psychologist consideredApply today to join a team that values professional development and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
