We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist or Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team at the Hader Clinic in Geelong.
About Us and the Services We Provide The Hader Clinic is a residential drugs and alcohol rehabilitation hospital. The Hader Clinic strives to offer a holistic treatment through a multidisciplinary team that seamlessly caters for the medical, psychological and social needs of our clients. As a resident psychologist, you will play your role as a member of this multidisciplinary team.
Main Duties: Provide individual and group therapyKey Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilitieso Individual counselling
o Patient assessment, developing and reviewing treatment plans
o Participating in clinical governance and quality improvement
o Maintaining communication with staff and external services
o Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team in planning patient risk management
Group Interventionso Conduct group therapy
o Provide education on addiction and recovery
o Participate in clinical reviews and case discussions to ensure the best treatment outcomes.
Documentation and Reportingo Maintain accurate treatment and risk management documentation
o Comply with privacy and information handling laws
o Contribute to quality review programs and staff training
