Position purpose:The purpose of this role is to provide discipline-specific interventions to people with complex emotional, behavioural, and mental health difficulties.Core objectives include:
Provide high-quality, client centred, evidence based clinical assessment and treatment to clients.Provide specialist psychological interventions and participate in quality improvement initiatives.Assess, diagnose, consult, evaluate, and provide treatment planning for complex presentations, including evidence-based individual psychotherapeutic interventions that foster self-determination, hope, are person centred, goal directed and focus on personal strength.Keep appropriate, up to date and accurate clinical records.Assess complex cases to determine treatment planning.Ensure the process of transfer and/or discharge of care is undertaken in a timely and effective manner, including written/verbal communication to all relevant parties and the completion of statistical and outcome measures.Implement, monitor and review treatment plans.Maintain above the line company culture.Adhere to company values.The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.Other Duties

Qualifications
Current registration with Psychology Board of Australia and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Experience
12 months of experience in a similar role.Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.Personal attributes
