Job Title: Grade 3 Psychologist (PL1-PL4) - Children's Pain Management
Hub of medical precinct in Parkville, MelbourneChallenging and rewarding work environmentPermanent, part-time positionAbout the Role This is a Permanent Part Time position at 0.4FTE (30.4 hours - Weds/Thurs) within the Children's Pain Management Team.
You will be responsible for providing psychology services with the multidisciplinary team with the primary objective to return patients to their normal level of functioning. You will conduct thorough assessments and develop management plans alongside the pain team, and work collaboratively with the young person and their families towards achieving their goals.
Classification for this position will range from PL1-PL4.

About the Department The Children's Pain Management Team is part of the Anaesthesia and Pain Management Department, one of the largest departments in the hospital. The Pain side of the department includes the chronic pain team, acute pain service, and the procedural pain management team.
