We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Provision Officer to join our supply chain team. The Provision Officer will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement, storage, and distribution of goods and materials. This role is essential in maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting the smooth operation of our supply chain processes.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. UAE Valid driver license. Mandatory Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management JOB DESCRIPTION Manage the procurement of goods and materials, ensuring that all purchases meet quality and quantity requirements. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies. Oversee the receiving of goods, ensuring that deliveries are accurate and meet quality standards. Manage the proper storage and distribution of goods, ensuring that items are stored safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, delivery receipts, and inventory logs. Monitor and manage procurement costs, seeking cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Prepare and present regular reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and supplier performance.
